Has anyone done WW online? any thoughts?? what's the cost? I've been working out hard for a couple of months and haven't had much luck losing weight so I figured it has to do with my diet and figued this would help.
Oh, I have lost 10 pounds using weight watchers online! I love it. I hate meetings, and am on the computer all freaking day, so it's easy to track your points. I recommend it!!
I did WW online before and I loved it. You can track all your progress without having to go to meetings. When I did it, it was $60 for three months, a lot cheaper than going in person. The only thing is, you have to be accountable for yourself. I found when I went to the meetings and had to stand in front of someone and they would tell me my weight, that I would lose more weight. When I did it by myself I lost weight, but not as much because no one but me knew how I was doing. HTH.
My girlfriend uses it and loves it! I like the meetings though, so I don't want to pay for both.
