Anyone try doing WW online? I work long hours, and cannot make any of the meetings (and my weekends are full of wedding stuff, you ladies know the drill). I want to lose about 20 lbs, and WW seems like a good way to go, but not sure how successful the online program is. Any feedback would be great, thanks!

Re: Weight Watchers Online?
Hey everyone! I too would love to join a WW support group! I joined WW over this jsut past summer, and I WAS doing so great. I had lost 17 pounds in a matter of like 6-7 weeks. I need to lost like 60-70 more pounds....YIKES! but thank God, I have a year and a half to do it. I dunno what happened. I got lazy, dont ahve time to go to meetings and so therefore, lost my motivation. I need to get back on this. So I am right there with all of you!!!

Re: Weight Watchers Online?
Good for you all you brides to be who are thinking of joining WW. I wish I had joined before my wedding b/c nothing else worked for me. I joined the beg of Feb of this year and am doing it online. I've lost 33 pounds. Just remember it has to be slow to be permanent and healthy. If anyone wants to chat about it you can email me at [email protected] I also work out most days of the week.
Good Luck everyone!!

WOW, that is great Stef !!!! Yippee !!! I have 8 months until my wedding, so as long as I count my points, I'm sure I'll be fine.

We'll all be fine, if we keep on track, and motivate each other - but HOW?

Re: Weight Watchers Online?
Wow, I totally forgot that I posted this, and went away for the weekend OK, you ladies have inspired me. I am going to join WW online as soon as I pay off the latest credit card bill (EVERYthing has to fit into the wedding budget nowadays, ugh). I went to a dietician, she was really no help as I know a lot about nutrition, etc. The only good thing that I got out of it was the ability to write down everything I eat. Question for all WW girls- if you eat out, how to you track the points? For instance, for lunch I had lowfat tuna on a pita, but I have NO idea how much tuna the deli man put on the sandwich... that is where I feel like I could over/underestimate points. Thanks!
