I am starting weight watchers at work today! its free if you attend 8 or 12 meetings so I figured I have nothing to lose, except weight...hopefully this new program is easy!

That is great!
I love the program and have been doing it for YEARS..sad to admit.
After getting to goal and maintaining for 5 years, I am back up, but on my way down.

Good job. I started at beg. of Dec & hit my first goal of 5% weight loss. Now time to get my butt in gear & excercise.

I have been looking in Waldbaums for these. I will try to stop at stop and shop this weekend.

The deli section by where the roaster chickens are.
And yay for joining ww's! I love the new program you can eat so much without feeling guilty.
