Weight+Boobs+Tan:HELP!

ok... so.... i need suggestions.

1) i want to lose some weight and tone up before my wedding (March 1st) but i am really bad at excercising and eating right. ive never done it in my life. i dont eat vegetables, salads or anything really like that, so i am hoping to do some excercising to drop the weight. anyone know what kind of things i should be doing (my problem areas are my thighs, slight beginnings of (gasp)small love handles, and i wanna tone up my tummy)

2)heres a REALLY BAD pic of me in the dress ill be wearing (if youre wondering why its not fancy, its cuz im doin the Vegas thing) anyway, look i have no boobs!!!!!! what ever can i do or wear to make this not a problem?!

3) anyone know where i can do the spray on tan vs. the bed?????

First of all, IMO, I don't think you need to lose weight at ALL! I'm quite envious of your figure, lol.

I'm pretty sure Hollywood tanning has some new spray on tan, but I'm not positive.

As for the boobs, have you tried any push-up or wonderbras? They also have inserts that you can put in your bras

i didnt even notice that you said anything about your weight... you're Crazy! i agree with butterfly... you have a great figure... i'm envious too

tanning? well if you don't want to lay out and you can shell out a little you may want to try a spa...they exfoliate you and then then apply self tanner... i never did it but i hear thats the best way to get a good fake tan!

1- you do not need to lose weight= you look awesome but start doing yoga it will keep you calm and give you strong abs and killer arms.
2- put cups in your dress- they are our small boob friend!!!]
3- I live in California so I don't go to tanning salons. I get too much sun as it is(wrinkles!!!) so I am no help

What weight is there to lose?!?!?!?! Trust me you should see a pic of me in a similar dress, You look great.
Victoria Secret has some amazing bra's and things for enhancement. But I suggest you mention this to FH. Some of them like warning and some don't want you to do it at all. Unless you want to surprise of course.
Sorry I can't help much with the tanning thing. I am a pale pale girl.... Too much work and no play...

You have no weight to lose! I would just tone up a little bit if you want. If you don't enjoy working out, carrying a few things around the house. Pick up a gallon jug of water in each hand and as you are watching TV, lift them as if you were curling weights.
I think a tanning salon would probably work for your tan. You could always let them know why you are going for your tan and they can help you. As far as the boobs, I have none either honey. Depending on the dress I pick, I will probably need the water boobs also. Miracle Bras or push up bra's don't really work for me since I really don't have much to begin with. Although the padded bra has become one of my best friends!!
