Weird ? for medical professionals

Earlier today our facilities people found out that there is a dead mouse in one of the interior walls in our building at work. It got in through a hole in the wall, but is too far in for them to get at, so they just plugged up the hole and are leaving it in there. They don't want to have to open and then fix the wall.

The smell is awful. I have to walk by this area every day at least 2x per day. I'm 36.5 weeks pregnant, and am worried about health issues. Am I being paranoid? My doctor's office is closed today and I don't want to annoy him by paging him over this.

I would make a big stick out of this. Dead animals are not a safe thing when you are prego. I can not believe that they would do something like that. I am prego and i would be so mad if heard something like that. There are so many things that dead animalys carry, bacteria and parasites. I would tell them i am not coming to work till it is taken care of. Best of luck. Keep us posted.
