So i just got the updated list of my hotel block, and there's a name on there that I don't know.... so weird! I'm going to call the hotel now and see what the deal is...

maybe it's a guest of one of your guests and it was booked under their name? Like maybe a close friend of yours is bringing a date and the date put the hotel on his/her credit card?

so, i called and we think maybe his real name is the name he put for the block - and that he goes by his middle name. SO strange! FH is going to call him and ask tonight!
