I am jumping up and down so excited. We went BM dress shopping on Sat and picked out Bill Levkoff dress #420. They priced it at $210. This was one of those 'sketchy' stores- (no pictures, using different #s, etc- and signs saying 'No Notetaking, No Sketching'. Sketching??? ) so I figured I'd be able to find it cheaper elsewhere.
I called the shop I bought my dress from and sure enough since I got my dress there they told me $180. Awesome, but I wasn't done yet. After checking with RK Bridal, who I know has the best prices around, I called my shop back , put on my sweetest voice and nicely told them their price and asked what they could do. Sure enough, they are now giving me the dresses for $155. Down from $210. Weee!
The shop is up in Syracuse where I live so that doesn't help you guys but I just wanted to tell you to NEVER accept the first price. I've done it with every vendor and store so far and have saved lots of money. Being disgustingly sweet definitely helps! :)

Oh no no that's not what I meany by jacka$$! i meant it more like I would be too embarrased and shy to do it... not act like a jacka$$.. just kinda feel like it. I always want to do this and think about it..but ultimately I suck at it... I'm just not a negotiator.. i don't even like sales! Its so not me! but I want it to be!

Well RK still did beat it by a few dollars but once they are ordered they are pretty much done with you. They were also charging a little bit more for shipping. So after the shipping difference, I figure $6 more for peace of mind and help if there happens to bea problem is worth it!
