Well, I went dress shopping at David's Bridal today...

And it was HORRIBLE! My mother and I were there for a good 20 minutes and no one offered to assist us...and I had an appointment! Finally we had to ask around for help and we eventually got help...I tried on some dresses and I looked really bad in them! They made me look flat chested and flabby! And i'm a size 4! Needless to say, I won't be oing back...and I don't recommend them, the girl helping me put on my dress kept sighing and rolling her eyes the whole time!

i'm sorry you had a bad experience. i didn't like any of the dresses there so i never bothered going. which david's bridal did you end up going to?

i went there a few times for FG dresses and even my prom dress and they are SO RUDE! honestly , they are even worse than the fancy bridal places. . . i vowed i would never use them for my wedding even though they have great prices!

it's a shame too bc some of their dresses are beautiful!

I went to the one in long island city....it looked so ghetto inside, complete waste of time!

Sorry that you had a bad experience there.. I plan on at least trying to go to the one in Carle Place since I'm going to Lilette's in Baldwin I figured I might as well try to hit up two stores and see what they got.

ugh that *****, sorry your dress shopping experience went badly...HOpe you have better luck next time. If you go to a place where the salesperson is good then they will be able to know what will look great on you and help you out

Ugh I went to one like that in LI, I forgot where but they were so unprofessional. I got lucky with the one in Jersey.
