Well it hit me....

We had a wedding in August and said 2 more weddings and then ours, then we had a wedding in September and we said 1 more wedding and then ours..... then last night was the last wedding and FH and I looked at eachother and were like WOW, we are NEXT!!!!!!

It was awesome b/c we were sitting with a bunch of people that we have not seen in years, and the running joke was how many more days we had left.... (and for FH to run as fast as he can )

When the beautiful bride and groom were dancing, i looked and FH and I got all teary eyed b/c i started to think about how it is going to be for us....

It is so weird b/c we have been to like a million weddings since we have been engaged, but this one really got me, i guess it is b/c i am getting married in 26 days. It was crazy hearing everyone say to us 'your next' Holy crapola, this time we really are next, no weddings in between anymore... that is it.... we are down to the wire....

OMG I AM GETTING MARRIED!

I know - it's crazy - I feel like sometimes, it feels like so far away - and then other times, it's like WHAT???? NEXT WEEK???????

I know exactly what you mean Angela! We had that 'oh cr*p we are next' wedding in early September.

i had the SAME thing!! From when we got engaged there were exactly 3 weddings until ours. And the last one was my best friend (I was her BM), and she was using the very same RH as us. Her wedding was last Sunday and EVERYBODY kept coming to me, asking if i was getting good 'practice' for my own. It's sooo weird that now I'm next. So I know what you're saying!!! Very exciting.

I had that realization at Heather's wedding on Saturday! I am so excited for us November brides.. but GEEZZZZ where did the time go!

I'm with you, in total denial In my head it's a few weeks, but everytime I look at the countdown I go that says 11 days I go then I think about
