... emailed him LOL. I found it so weird that I was emailing a priest, but I have seriously called him more than enough times and left 2 messages on his VM and he has not gotten back to me. Even my SIL who is trying to contact him for her nephew's christening has been having trouble reaching him. I had originally called him back in Oct and the lady said that they don't have the book for 2011 yet so I said, fine I will call in January. I called him last week with no call back. I called 2 or 3 days ago, no response. And I called again today and the lady wanted to put me in VM again and i said No and explained the situation.
I just feel like i'm stuck and can't go to book any other vendors until the church is booked, the date is final, and I can know what time my mass can start.

argh what a pain... my church didnt have the book but still took my date! they put a post it on dec so when they get the new one they can put it in....
i hear that the church is the most stressful!! fingers crossed for you!

i could have another priest but the thing is I like this priest and think he is very nice. He has done all my family's recent events (christenings, weddings, etc). I kind of figured me dropping my last name would get him to call me back quicker LOL.
Oh well, let's see if I get a response back soon.

dont worry my priest took 2-3 wks to get back to me one priest took month lol what r they so busy doing lol???? my priest told me its just easier to contact him through email so hopefully you'll get an answer soon

I JUST had the same thing happen to me. I felt like I was harrassing the man! Finally he wrote me back yesterday that his sister had died, and he would get back to me soon. I felt awful!

Ughh that's so annoying. When we were booking my church I had a similar situation. My priest would take forever to get back to me and it was very frustrating! Hopefully the priest will respond to your e-mail soon.
