Well this is it girls
This is probably my last day of work. I was supposed to work tomorrow but I feel like I am getting sick. It must be the lack of sleep and change in temperature getting to me. I just wanted to say ThankYou to you all! When I first joined this site over a year ago I knew nothing about planning a wedding and I didn’t even know what I wanted! One of the hardest decisions was do I have my wedding at may favorite hall which was very expensive and have only 80 guests or have it at the Huntington Townhouse and invite our entire families and friends, 270 people. I was struggling with this decision for a while and I want to thank Nadine (nsgraham) for her advice and for being there for me during this time when I just wanted to cancel everything and elope.
With the exception of The Huntington Townhouse and Tommy’s Tunes, I found all of my other vendors through LIWeddings. Thanks especially to Nadine for Counterpoint, 2003OCT10 for Duet, myasmom for invitations and Xelindrya for Gorgeous Faces.
It has been a lot of fun chatting with you all about weddings. When my company almost went out of business this summer and I had no work to do, between LIW and Yahoo games I kept myself occupied.
I really can’t believe that MY WEDDING is this Friday. I met my FH is highschool when I was 16 years old. We have been through so much together… he taught me how to drive! Proms, graduations, 18th and 21st birthdays, college graduations, first jobs… I feel so lucky that I found my soulmate at such a young age. We have been dating for 7 ½ years now and engaged for 2 years and I am so happy that he is finally going to be my husband. I really couldn’t be any happier.
I didn’t want to make a list of people because I didn’t want to leave anyone out… but I have to give a special thanks to Btrflygrl, Peabody, nov04LIBride, Jen_n_Dale, Soon2BMsZ, JenniferLee111204, wc0143, palebride, oct.2004bride, june262004, holly231, Valentinegirl, dm24angel, jenny2penny, nylisa, Jola, bebalina , feliciada, myasmom, and everyone for all your help and making my time on LIW enjoyable. There are so many more I hope no one is offended but these are the people that stand out.
