I did airbrush with Jacqueline Nicole, and I really didn't like it. I felt it was very cakey. Anyone else have the same experience? I thought it was supposed to be less cakey ?

ok.. i had airbrush done 2 times...same salon different people.
the first time it was beautiful and airy and made me not shiny at al.
the second time was for my eparty and it looked great but a lot of regular make up was used on top of it...so it felt cakey and i got really shiny...
so like i think depends on where you go and who does it.

Well she used regular makeup under my eyes, and I thought I looked tired and old after it was on! It photographed great... I put pics in an album. But I don't think I'm sold on airbrushing!

Beginning of nite (FIRST) END of the nite (FIRST) BEginning (second) Beginning( SECOND) END of the nite (SECOND)
the first set shows my make up stayin nice all day and al fresh
the second batch is me being great at the beginning and then shiny...see? i think it was bc of the regular make up she used with it.

yeah it all depends on who does it and how...the foundation they use will make a big difference, whether its water based or silicone. Also some do add regular make up and maybe they'll add on too much

i liked having airbrush, but the girl didnt use any regular makeup so maybe that is whats giving u that caked on feeling. I agree with diane- try some1 else and see how ya like it

Yup, I totally see what you're saying! I guess it does depend. I think next trial I'm gonna do regualr for kicks and giggles!

No, she does regular too. But she suggested airbrush saying I would love it. I really don't have the greatest skin, and I felt like it made my fine lines look worse!

really? i had it done by her and I loved it ( eventhough my forehead broke out two days before).
What day did you go? was the weather muggy and hot? I know her studio was hot when I was there so maybe that had something to do with it?

Some of you girls have dates after mine and I haven't even thought about that yet. I'm not doing e-pics so maybe that's the diff? You're all doing trials beofre those pics so you look fabulous??

I had a trial with Jacqueline Nicole and was airbrushed. I loved it and booked her on the spot!!I usually don't wear that much make-up and I felt very comfortable. My FSIL got her make-up done too (no airbrush) and was thinking of spending the extra money to get the airbrush on the wedding day. I have pics in my album!! Sorry you didn't like it...GL with your search!!

i had airbrush done a few weeks ago for a trial and it was actually too light. within 2 hrs it looked like i had no makeup on! so it depends on the makeup artist. i am now going w/ regular makeup.
