The first one I LOVE and it would be the color in the picture....the sample was too tight on her, so she would obviously need a bigger size.
The second one is gorgeous also, but I really don't want my mom in brown. The only other colors it comes in are navy, burgundy, and olive. Burgundy is out because my girls are wearing dark red. Olive is out because FMIL wants to wear green. I don't know how I feel about my mom in Navy either

I love the second dress so much! If you are unsure as to the colors, I am sure there are so many more dresses that are similar to that one that may come in more of a variety of colors. Keep shopping! But I think brown or navy is great!

i guess its just me, but I really am not a fan of the second one!!!
I think the first dress looks 1000x better on her!!!!!! I think she looks absolutely amazing in the first dress...she has the figure for it, and like you said, it will be in a bigger size so it wont look tight at all...

#1 was at Village Bridal #2 at Macy's
We're going to Totally You in Bellmore on Thursday, and they carry both of these dresses' designers. I'm hoping they might have number 1 in the bigger size so I can get a better idea, and maybe number 2 in a different color.
