Went Shopping Tonight...
Decided tonight to go with FMIL to check out two wedding places in Commack for packages on dj, florist, photo, etc...
Figured we'd make the most of our little trip and go to Macy's (Demetrios) at the Smithhaven Mall...wasn't expecting or planning this, but I put my deposit on my dress, headpiece, and veil... Charlotte was the sweetest person! She even had some great tips on specific vendors, etc. She had me try on ...somewhere between 12 and 20(???) gowns....(I KNOW) ...and I felt so bad, because I wasn't expecting to find anything I liked tonight and was just getting an idea... I felt bad that she was spending so much time on me, because I really had no intention of getting anything..and then finally, she put one on me that looked fantastic..and I thought it was it...until we tried one more. It was perfect. The whole picture was... If anyone is looking for somewhere to go this weekend, check it out- b/c there is a 20% off sale (it's usually only 15% for their trunk shows!)
