Went to a Jericho Terrace wedding-review

I went to a wedding there this weekend. Everything went pretty smoothly. The CH food was good(not great), but abundant. I am NOT a picky eater, but some of the food was amazing (artichokes, penne a la vodka, eggplant) then some of the other items were actually very cold-roastbeef, turkey, riceballs-some of the food was sitting out for a while.

The drinks were amazing-they didn't skimp on the alcohol . The couple had a martini bar, viennese hour, cordial bar and everything was awesome!!!!!

My biggest complaint was actually the fact that we could hear all of the other weddings, and speeches. The DJ even BLASTED the music but to no avail. JT is beautiful, but our friend was upset because she saw two other brides-on her wedding night. They all ran into eachother, and she was promised this wasn't going to happen. She was also upset because there were certain places she wanted to take pics (in front of fireplace) in particular, and she had to wait for the other bride to finish-which made them late to the CH.

I thought the wedding was beautiful, but I would make sure that if you don't want to see another bride on your wedding day-you talk to your BM.

Thanks for the review. Sounds pretty decent overall. I'm not a picky person so seeing another bride won't bother me too much (i think..) I don't like that you could hear everyone elses reception though. Which room were you in? I wonder if it matters?

Glad to hear about the drinks though...some of the crew likes to booze it up! LOL

I believe it was the Skylight or Sky Terrace room-I would have to check the invite. Hearing the other weddings didn't bother me really, but I guess some of the older guests were bothered by the extra loudness of the DJ.
