Went to a wedding at Leonard's...
last Friday, 9/24/04. I know a few Leonard's brides asked me to check out a few things for them.....
Overall, it was a really nice wedding. The food was very good and everyone had a great time. The cocktail hour was in the Continental Room (which was nice) and the reception in the Tiffany Room. A Leonard's bride mentioned that this room was rennovated - unfortunately I have no pics but the room was very pretty - the floors were marble, the room had a very European feel to it with paintings in the walls and sky painted above. There were a lot of chandeliers and gold structures. The fireplace behind the dais (sp?) was a nice touch. The service was very good. THe staff was very professional. The only thing I thought was strange was that there was no one serving the stations at CH - I didn't even know what a lot of the food was. SOmeone asked about the Wok station - there was a station that seemed Asian but I am not 100% sure - people didn't really know what everything was - the Italian station was very good -
If you want to know about anything else, let me know. But I think you have nothing to worry about if you are getting married there - oh and also, I never saw another party or another bride!! Although the mother of the groom said that there was another bridal party taking pictures where they were takings pics, but no guest saw them. Good luck!!!!
