Went to contract this past Friday and they want to close no later than Sept. 15th...and my mortgage company said NO PROBLEM, we can probably do it even earlier ....WOOHOO.....

Congrats!!!! That is so exciting!!
Just make sure that they are doing the Title search as of now because that usually takes the longest. It can take like 3 weeks or so and that is what usually holds up the closing. I think it is the lawyer who does it.

The lawyer orders it; but you can request that your lawyer put a rush on it... it will cost extra but you can get the report in only a day or two.
