So we aren't officially going BM dress shopping until July but FSIL/BM asked if I wanted to go today just to check it out so I met up with after work and went to the one in Queens.
First off, she just donated 13 inches of hair to 'Locks of Love' and I was surprised when I met up her and saw her new haircut! It looks so cute and I give her props for doing that because I don't think I would have the ballz to do that (I cry when I get a trim LOL).
Anywho, I had printed out the dresses I liked on the website to see if they had any, and they actually had all of them, but this is the one that she and I liked the best and I think it looks great on her (on me not so much LOL). The second pic is my idea I have for the MOHs (to have a green sash to have them stand out - the other BMs would have black sashes).
Both of them are wonderful and i think will look PRETTY!!!

LOL no but now that you say that it does look that way I don't know why it looks all layered like that cuz it's not... oh well lol
And I know I was in shock when I saw her hair. I walked into Dunkin Donuts and thought to myself 'that tall girl must be Jen but it couldn't be' and then she turned around and I screamed LOL It looks so cute on her!

Hahahaha I thought you had a skirt on and put the dress on over it because you didn't want to take off your skirt/shoes. I do that ALL the time.
It really suits her though! I could never- my hair hasn't been that short since I was a like 5!

does the orange dress have pockets? i wore something very similar to a wedding two weeks ago. the women in the bridal party were of various body types and size and the dress was very flattering on everyone. so if you like the dress have some other girls try it on before you rule it out

well both dresses are actually the same but she's just trying on the orange one because that was in her size and I squeezed myself into the black on to show what it would look like for the MOHs. LOL

BTW - i did the same thing in october....i cut 10 inches of my hair and donated...honestly one of the best decisions ever. I LOVE my hair short...well now i'm growing it out for my wedding and FSIL's wedding but 11.12.11 its all coming off again hahaha
