Went to Flower Michele today

Thanks....yeah I think i'm going to ask for a dais decoration too...i've been thinking about it...plus instead of pew bows i want tulle draped along the pews at the church with a few arrangements strewn about. I'll see if they can do that for $2500....i also want some moss or greenery and petals for the escort table...shouldn't be an issue.....i'm starting to really get into the earth day theme...my place cards are going to be plantable paper stuck in a mini watering can like a flower...i'm getting kinda psyched

I still have plenty of appointments though....I think around 6 other florists so far so we'll see....she was only my second one but i got a good vibe...i thought she was great to work with too!

my bok
MOH bok
3- BM boks
1-FG basket
9 bouts
2 corsages
15 low CP (w/ votives)
Ceremony (organza for canopy& using my CPs for aisle collumns)
dais arrangement
cake flowers
passing trays
ladies room arrangement
tossing bok
And the flowers were in season and nothing out of the ordinary.



I am def calling back to negotiate a better price

Its not even that special. They are going to provide flowers that sit on the butlert passing trays...whatever!!! the cake flowers, tossing bok, passing trays, RH ladies room arrangement and dais table are included at no charge.

i have been hearing huge differences in quotes from them. i don't feel that i am getting my money's worth.

So far this is my SECOND florist appointment....really like Barbara...she was very easy to work with and saw through my flower schitzoness and information overload...came up witha DOPE idea for CPs...one question though....is anyone else using them....how are the in negotiations....she quoted me a decent price but i feel like the bo-k are a little high...anyone else? Any tips on getting them to come down?

I also have booked with FM and using Barbara.. she's a really great person to work with.

As for tips ask if you can pay in cash to avoid tax...some places do that.

Honestly FM has great prices- all the other 5 florists I saw were an arm, leg, and our firstborn.
