Gregslove: he is very very reasonable. we are paying 2900, but when we did an origianl total it was over 3200. Once we started eliminating things we realized were unneccesary it brought it down to 2700 + tax.
When he tells you waht he does you can tell him what you do and dont want. For exampel maybe 20x20 isnt for the two of you and maybe you want 2 8x10's instead of 3 and he'll bring the price down.
If you tell him you are on a budget he'll work with you. Just tell him what you want.
Just a little tip: we are on a tight budget as well and FI didnt want to spend more then 2500 on photo's, but to me photos are very important and he understood that so when doug told us 2700 + tax Fi was ok with it. its a little over the budget he wanted, but we can find other ways to save money.
