Went to see The Village tonight....

It was a very strange movie.. anyone see it?

Yes we saw it last weekend. I though it was a good movie but not scary at all. I was a little dissappointed because I was expecting a really scary movie...

Yea me too.. my brother was with us and had said it wasn't scary, but IT REALLY WASN'T!!!!!!!

VERY disappointed.. still liked it.. but nevertheless I wanted more scary stuff!

I didnt like it at all, they make it seem like a scary movie in commercials, but it wasnt scary at all, very dissappointed as well.

I liked the ending...but the movie was soooooo slow to start, and slow in the middle!

Well we just went and saw it this evening ...

DH liked it, well he SORT of like it... being nicer than me, he was trying to find the good in the flick.

Me, well I didn't like it at all. Thought the story was OK but it toally dragged and they just didn't develop it very well. And was VERY disappointed in the 'surprise' ending, too

Never expect a scary movie from M. Night Shyamalan. His movies are more complex than the typical horror movie.

I saw it, and really liked it. Dh thought it was a snoozer.

In the begining of it we thought it was really 'cheesey' then we both thought it got better but wasnt scary at all. I dont know I liked it but there was something missing from it. You know what i mean??

I saw it last night. I have to say that it cant compete with Sixth Sense or Signs but it was in the same mood. His movies arent 'scary' just thought-provoking and a little twisted. It was slow in the middle though.
