Except my opk was positive so although I am not too optimistic- here's hoping!

Do you chart?
Sadly it is true that just because you get a positive OPK doesn't mean you are in fact ovulating.
If you do chart and have a standart thermal shift it will give you a better idea if you are indeed ovulating or not.
