went to VIP today...(mini vent) UPDATED!

I went to VIP today - now I was an hour an a half late (flat tire and then ontop of that the LIE was STOPPED! i mean dead stoped because of an accident in the construction zone)

Now I called at 12:30 - got the machine - to let him know I had a flat to see if getting there a half hour late would be ok (my appt was at 1pm and I'm an hour away in queens)
Now once I realized there was sick traffic (around 12:45) I called back - got the machine again - and told him I was going to be very late and if there was a problem to call me so I wouldn't treck out there unecessarily.

Well at about 2:30 we got there, he wasn't there not had he told whoever was at the office to expect anyone. It took 10 minutes to get through to him and he said 'I left because she didn't show up' He told him to show me the albums and after 10 minutes of looking I left since nothing could be discussed.

Now I really like his work but he didn't call me back AT ALL today. That kind of turns me off. Am I being too hasty? I thought he would have at least checked his messages or get back to me sometime today.


Update: He called and apoligized that he didn't get the messages in time - he actually got them once me and my sister left! something was up with the machine or something. So all if fair again
