Were any of you able..

to negotiate with your officiant? And by how much?

I'm trying to decide if I should just cut ALL out that are above my budget, or keep ones that are slightly above and try to negotiate.

I feel like negotiating with officiants is different than negotiating with other vendors. In some sort of twised way, kinda like negotiating with God Himself

I didn't but if we really couldn't afford the 'donation' I would definitely be having a chat with him

I've never heard of negotiating the officiant, but that doesn't mean it can't be done...but I would cut anyone who's a LOT more than my budget and stick closer to my range.
