Oooo! FH and I are going tux shopping in a couple of weeks so we'll know for sure after that but the plan as of now (keeping in mind that its a white/black/red vintage glam wedding). All of them get fedoras, the guys wear all white and black, black bow tie, white shirt with black buttons, and suspenders. FH wants to wear a vest instead of suspenders so he will add some red to the ensemble. And we're still trying to decide if wing tip shoes are too much.

I'm excited about this though! Some inspiration pics...

My boys are in navy tuxes with navy vests and ties and white shirts. FH is wearing a navy tux with white vest, tie and shirt.

Since it won't post in here I uploaded a pic of FH in the guys' tux in my album.

Well, FH has made it abundantly clear that I have no say in this. So.... He wants tan suits with tan ties. I' m going to try to convince him he wants yellow diaginal stripes on the tan ties. But overall I trust him.

We're kind of on the same boat... I don't get a say in what they wear... but I don't trust him.

We had a dinner party the other night (a few of the guys and girls in the wedding party over) and I overheard the guys talking about their GLOVES! So apparently FH wants them to wear gloves.

Ugh... not my style.

actually Men's Wearhouse had tan suites that were more of a cotton but still had that linen look. and they were buy one get one 50% off (each suite was $129, so if all six guys go and buy it will be less than $95 a suit! A lot cheaper than renting a tux and then they can have it to keep!

Re: We're are alway talking about

My FH will be wearing black classic two button tuxedo with a diamond white vest and flat euro tie to match the color of my gown.

The GMs will be wearing cherry/burgundy vests and flat euro ties to match my girls.

I don’t have much of a say, but I don’t care. This is what is happening lol. I’m making my dad go with him to make sure he stays on track and doesn’t show up with a white dinner jacket on lol.
