is it true that you don't have to pay for the landscaping or any of the work that they do?

We had to give them a budget. They pay for the designer. We are getting the contracts mailed to us this week so we'll see the actual details.. We pay for most and they try to get things donated if they can. The person who had told me about it said she got about 20K worth of stuff thrown in but nothing is guaranteed. We figure a designer will come up with something much better than we could on our own so our money will go further....will see, I'll let you know how it goes!
