!!!Were Homeowners!!!!

Sorry I just had to tell someone!!!

We closed yesterday after being in contract since June

We wont move in until February or March but at least we own it now!!

We became homeowners and landlords in the same day and we are still tenants

Congrats! We just closed on Thursday and got possesion yesterday. We have a lot of work to do...

I'm so excited. I want to move in now but it works out cause we are redoing a few rooms and at least they will be done before we move in!

Oh Congratulations!!! You are so lucky... I am in the process of looking for an apt. beacuse we can't afford houses by us yet. But hopefully within 1 1/2 we can be home owners also.

We are actually waiting to hear if we got the apt. right now, we kinda bargained with the rent price.

Oh Good Luck - I am so happy for you...hopefully one day soon I can have a home of my own too.
