Thanks again everyone. It's still sinking in. I think once we move in and spend our first night in it, it will really sink in.

Unfortunately it will be a while before that day comes!

It has been a crazy year scraping together every penny and eating PB&J just to afford the down payment and closing costs.

BTW: What a rip off for closing costs! Leave it to NYS to charge what some people put down on there houses just for paperwork and legalities!
