Re: We're Moving ALong....

Thanks girls!!! The owners already bought a house in Fl so they are ready to go.

Kelly hang in there. we looked A LOT on the internet and went to a few open houses prior to this. But this was the first time we looked with a realtor. The funny part is we weren't even going to look at this house at first b/c it was a little out of our league, but we fell in love with the pic and when we got there, we found out the house is only 10 years old and was literally in move in condition. Even the engineer said he rarely sees houses so clean and well kept. So it came down to pay the money now, or settle for a smaller house that we didn't love as much and wasn't on the water and still have to put $$ into it. Your perfect house will come along soon. And then all of the questions you'll have I will be able to answer for you!!!

Congratulations!

I remember seeing the house after we signed the contract but we didn't do it often cause I didn't want to bother the sellers. I think we went 1x.

Good luck!!!!!!!!!1

Congratulations,

Yes when the contracts are signed by both parties..you will need to give them your deposit which will be held in escrow until you close on the house.

Once you are in contract they are NOT supposed to sell the house. A contract is a legal and binding document and to show the house would not be in good faith.
