Were you honest with church about living together?
We're meeting with the Deacon tomorrow night. I'm really not sure how to handle the issue of us living together. How did you deal with it?
What kinds of questions should I be prepared to answer in our first meeting to book a date?

when I met my priest he asked my FH address then he asked mine and I said ' the same' and he didnt say anything
ETA But I didnt go to Precana yet it is this weekend so Ill let you know

We're meeting with a Deacon- and I happened to graduate catholic school with his son- I'm hoping he'll be easy on us!

They never directly asked us. But we provided different mailing addresses!

They understand that life has changed, turst me. My DH and I lived together, but had separate bedrooms. We were nervous, but it never came up.

FH and I completely avoided the topic.....so much so that we changed the message on our answering machine so it no longer says 'Hi, you've reached Scott and Colleen'....but just says 'We can't come to the phone right now...blah blah blah'

No...they don't need to know that. It just adds additional stress to you anyway.
