West Sayville Country Club?? Good or Bad

I have begun looking for a location for my wedding and I have checked out Timber Point, which I love compared to all the others. Then tonight we went to West Savyille Country Club and Timber Point was being pushed to #2. I love the inside, warm and decorated very elegant. The question is, there is a separation between the dance floor and the reception area where the guests are sitting. After thinking for a bit, what happens during the first dance or the bouque toss and all that when people want to watch????? Does anyone know how they do it or if they call people into the room with the dance floor to take part or do people stay seated??? This part of finding a location is so stressfull and its all just begun. Help!

We had our e-party there and while I've got NOTHING bad to say about the service (lessings does a fantastic job) the seperate room would be a MAJOR hinderence for me. It did seperate the party and while I would suppose your band or DJ would call everyone in, to me it just breaks the room up too much.

It would be smart for them to consider opening up that room to the main one.
