I just wanted to post that WM is awesome. When I first stepped foot in there compared to all the other venues we had visited I completely fell in love. The BM Heather, Lorena, and Ian have been helping me and they have been so wonderful. The owner also opened the Polo lounge garden dinner for first day and gave me, my FH and our best man a complimentary dinner in the garden under the stars. The food was amazing! I havent done my food tasting yet but if that was a preview then I can't imagine the rest! If anyone is craving for dinner in the garden area please support the polo lounge and there wonderful staff :).

We're going to check it out on Sunday and we're meeting with Heather. I hope I don't fall in love with it because we can't afford a Saturday wedding. We would have to do Friday night. I really want a Saturday night wedding, and this is the only place on our radar that we can't afford.
Curse you fellow brides who talked me into this! LOL j/k

Is this your first time going there? Me and my Fiance felt the same way when we walked inside his immediate reaction was, ' i don't think this place is within our budget' but when we got to pricing it was pretty reasonable and you get your moneys worth. not only do you have access to the garden freely but the food is fantastic and the experience of your guest starts as soon as they enter the doors of the mansion. Talk to heather ask her if she can work with you. of course the pricing depends on the month and the season. The summer time it gets higher. I'm having my wedding on a friday evening, saturday was also pretty expensive for us but im satisfied with my friday :)

March next year, I was told it's $85pp++ for a Saturday night, but with a 150 minimum. We can't swing that. Friday is $75pp++ with a lower minimum. We're at 137 on the guest list right now.
Pretty sure if we book here I'll need seat fillers.

You guys are going for the manor room? Just in case it's above budget have you checked out fox hollow, it's the same owners within the wm family and douglaston manor was another manor like place I liked it was much more budget friendly then west bury manor

Douglaston Manor is definitely on our short list. FoxHollow quoted me $150pp++ for a Saturday night in March. Definitely can't swing that.

Fox Hollow & Westbury Manor are not owned by the same person. The owner of WM is a Scotto Brother BUT is seperate from 'The Scotto Brothers' who own Fox Hollow & Chateau Briand.
I do agree Westbury Manor is amazing & FH and I are going there tonight to eat at the Polo Lounge because today marks One year until the wedding! I cant wait!

@Soon2BeMrsMango, is the food at the restaurant the same that's served at weddings? Maybe we can do a tasting one night before we make our decision. We're not booking anything until at least July 15th.

I have to agree! They were great during our wedding, went back there for their New Years Eve party and the staff still remembered us. We're going back there again for our 1 year.

We're getting married there on a Saturday night in March and are paying $70pp++ but we have a small wedding, so it's in the Hill Room. I didn't get quotes for the two bigger rooms, I didn't know there was a difference in price.
