Ok so I went to another WB wedding for the for the most part it was really nice, but Brides getting married there I would mention this to who evere is handling your wedding - Our steaks came back really rare and when we gave it back they put it in the microwave and it was really not good at all :( You should tell them that if any of your guest do not receive the food the way that they request it you should either make them a new one or at least put the steak back on the grill -

I am only telling you this because I would want to address it before my wedding day - These are the type of things that as a bride you will never know

It is very easy to tell when uncooked meat is put in a microve vs. a grill - the meat went from uncooked in the middle and dark on the outside to completely light colored and watery/soggy and all cooked - I can understand maybe doing this to a chicken dish but not filet steak
