westbury manor
I went to westbury manor on friday. My FH was making fun of me because I was obsessed with finding out the name of the room! Anyway it was the Garden Room. The room was beautiful! I thought that we were a little cramped in there, i would say around 120-130 people? we had 12 chairs at my table and there were 11 tables.
The food was good - during the CH though they had 4-5 hot foods but only one person serving. The line was pretty long for it. They had a huge cheese display and a pasta station as well.
For dinner there were I think 6 choices. I had the filet mingon and so did FH. We both asked for it cooked the same but his was cooked way more than mine was? No big deal but a little wierd.
The other thing was that they had a choc fountain, ice cream bar and candy bar. They had all of them on the dance floor but the music kept going. I wish they would have put the tables in the room with the bar and made an announcement. It took up a lot of space and it was hard to get to the tables because of the dancers and then there wasnt alot of room for people dancing.
the bartender was great! He handled people well. He knew my drink the whole night I didnt even have to tell him after the second time.
All in all it was pretty good!
