Is any one having any entertainment for their cocktail hour? I was thinking to do a solo steel drum player since the wedding is in August, it will give it a summer feel. I know that they will be able to funnel music out to the cocktail hour but I really love the steel drums. What do you think?

Girls I have a question. does Westbury Manor provide our guest with fancy menus. I see these girls from other reception halls who have beautiful menus and I am wondering if we have that included in our fee or if we want that we have to do it on our own.

Question 2-
I was looking at a post another soon to be bride posted about tipping etiquette and it states that you have to tip the catering hall but some catering halls have it included in their contract . Is gratuity included in the fee?
I have to go home and look at my contract

The menus are not included unless you go for the 7 choice menu, then WM will print them up for you.
As far as tipping we are responsible for tipping matre d (sp) and bridal attendent.
