Question for anyone who knows, why do you have to tell them if your showing up at 6:30 or 7:30pm... does it only last an hour?

Not sure why you have to tell them what time you will be getting there, I am going at 6:30. No it does not nonly last one hour, last one I went to I believe it ended at 9 or 10pm. But please do not quote me on that.
