Westbury Manor Brides
My wedding date is getting close. When did you meet with your BM to make final selections on food and linens?

They call about two months before. I'm the beginning of May and I just met with them a week or two ago!

Re: Westbury Manor Brides
There weren't THAT many colors for linens. There was like an ivory swirl print, which is pretty, and I remember a burgundy and maybe a gold? I can't even really remember. MY BMs are in dark purple so nothing matched except the ivory. The napkins had all different colors but nothing matched really well again except the ivory. I remember black napkins, pale green, etc.
Sorry that's not that helpful!
For the chairs they said they are brand new chiavarri. I'm in the Garden Room so I don't know if that would vary if you have the manor room. They do tie an ivory sash on them they said but no covers.

Re: Westbury Manor Brides
Also, I found them helpful with the menu. We came in there thinking we had it picked out but since I'm no event planner I left out one category that they said we should be sure to have and we revised it right there. It was really nice and I did not feel rushed at all.
One more thing - I asked them to change one thing on the dinner menu and I felt bad about being a pain but they did it no problem and even added a pasta dish in place of it for me!

What change did you make to get a pasta course? I think it would be nice but I don't want the extra cost.
FH and I are going to start planning the menu but at least I know not to go to crazy, I am sure WM will make sure we have a good variety.
Thanks again for the info.

There was no extra cost, I asked them to remove something from the dinner menu. I didn't even expect them to replace it with anything because there would still be 6 choices! It's not a separate course, just a change in the options.
I could be remembering not completely right about the linens too it all seems like such a blur lately. Especially because none matched my colors I didn't really remember.

Great info! I thought the linen colors were white, ivory and gold am I wrong? Also, they won't provide chair covers? I have seen photos of weddings with white chair covers and sashes and am so curious as I would LOVE to have white chair covers for our day.

They probably did away with the covers because they got new chiavarri chairs.
Table cloth colors from what I have seen on the web site are white, ivory, gold, light pink, burgundy and forest green. I am not sure if they still use them all.
They should have a larger selection of napkins colors but I don't know.

Ah okay that makes sense. Will they allow you to buy and put them on?? I do really like the chairs but they are gold and my wedding is gonna be white, silvers and splashes of ice blue and I don't think that is gonna go at all...
