These are all the questions I forgot to ask them when I met with them.
Are candles allowed for centerpieces?
Do they supply place cards table numbers?
Etc.
If anyone has any useful info for me let me know.
TIA

I think I have them at FH's with the folder they gave us when we booked - I'll check and get back to you!

The place cards aren't great looking - they have the WM logo on them, but for me they will suffice (I'm too lazy to go buy them!) As for table numbers, I'd really like to know that as well... I do remember my BM telling me that if we were planning on doing something flammable to let him know so that they could decide if it would be ok.

WM allows candles as long as they wont drip on the tablecloths. i bought 6 packs of glass votives at michaels. they supply you with placecards and they have table numbers in gold frames. they are 4x6 i think. HTH

you didnt have votives included in your package? i seem to remember mine telling me that they were, but i dont want theirs b/c they are round so i ordered square ones from the florist.....he told me just to tell WM to give me a credit.....anyone done this???
they do supply placecards, table numbers, directions cards and menus but all with the westbury manor logo on them....and i believe the ink is either burgandy or black if that makes a difference to you =)

I plan to have 3 different size candles on a mirror so if they drip they will drip on the mirror but i will ask to make sure anyway.
I will more than likely make my own table numbers and place card holders. The menus I don't care about because I don't think I was planning to do those anyway.

The only 'decoration' they told me was included was the table cloth, chair covers, and the color sash of my choice.

I think that the candles have to be somewhat enclosed (in a votive holder, etc). I thought that was the general rule but def check with both WM & your florist. Their place cards arent terrible... somewhat busy looking since it has their logo (in burgundy). If you use theirs, you will either have to hand write the info or maybe put a label on it. As for the table numbers, I was told that each Maitre'de is responsible to get his own frames to display them in so each Maitre'de will have a different set.

I am going to do the CP myself. I have an idea if they have to be enclosed and it will probably be cheaper for me to do it that way anyway.
I can still do my own table #s though right?

You can definitely use your own table numbers. I was told that I could write a list of instructions for them that explains all details of how you want certain things done and you will drop off all of your supplies, favors, etc to them the week of the wedding

Re: Westbury Manor Brides Past & Present
if candles are included then I am pissed! i bought 14 boxes of 6 candles each. i made my own place cards, table numbers and menus. the menu that they had was perfectly fine, i just couldnt remember what it looked like so i made my own just in case i didnt like them. i agree that the place cards are too busy. they are ivory with maroon WM label. i also made my own table numbers that were poking out of my low CP bc i thought their frames were ugly and they are gold and my whole wedding had silver in it.
ETA: you can def write any directions you want for your table set up. they also asked me if i wanted to see the room first b4 the guests and i did that. they had accidentally pput their table numbers on the tables as well and took them off when they realized mine were already there.

Candles are not included - I asked them if CP were included and they said no.
