I found the Hilton when I was searching hotels in the area. I'm going to have to check it out. We checked the Holiday Inn across from the Source and loved it because they have a nice bar and since we're having an afternoon wedding - we want to be able to go back to the hotel after and have a nice space to hang out in. Only problem is they only let you block 15 rooms..I think we might need more then that. I tried the La Quinta, but I wasn't crazy about their deal on shuttle service. They give you a free shuttle if you book 15 rooms, but they only give you one van that holds 14 people. Every other trip the van has to make to get guests is $100 (in each direction!!). Seemed ridiculous that you have to book 15 rooms to get the van and then they don't even give you enough room on the van to take the people staying at the hotel back and forth!

I am doing the Garden City Hotel....I called for rates and they were the same as La Quinta so I'd rather stay at the GCH......Its still pricey. Double rooms $209 and Kings $229....

That's what the Holiday Inn on Old Country Rd told me...we'd have to wait until May 30 to block rooms.

The La Quinta was able to block us now though if we wanted.

La Quinta seems like the only to offer any type of shuttle. It does stink that it doesnt cover the amt of ppl in the rooms, but something is better than nothing!

la Quinta gave me a 169.00 rate for May on a holiday weekend so I'm shocked they gave you such a high rate for February
