Westbury Manor Cocktail Hour (Past and Present Brides)

Have you negotiated with them on food choices (i.e. taken things out and ask them to replace with something else).

There are a few things that I know I DO NOT want (i.e. petite beef wellington, chicken tartlets, chicken salad, tuna caponata) and I was going to ask them to replace it with something else. How did you go about it? Are they pretty easy to work with when it comes to that?

Is this what finalizing the menu is about.

When I booked they had said that you could make substitutions as along as it was mutually agreed upon. I was looking for more vegetarian and less pork/shrimp ( we are Jewish) and Natasha said we would do this when we finalize the menu.

I did not book there yet but most likely will and i asked about this ...Natasha told me that it shouldnt be a problem depending on what it was that i wanted to replace it with.
