Westbury Manor-final head count

I am working on the date for my response cards. When would I have to submit my final head count to WM? Thanks

we have to give ours on the 18th, 10 days before the wedding.

Give yourself a few weeks between RSVP date and final head count. You will have people that don't respond, or respond late. You need time to get hold of these people.

Very true! I just wasn't sure if WM had a specific deadline date for the final headcount...I need to ask my BM...

I got your FM but will answer you here

We had to call it in on the 4th of April, I believe.

Our RSVP date was March 17th. We definitely needed that time. We had a lot of people that RSVPd late and we had to contact them. Then we were under our minimum so we had time to ask other people to attend.

im not a WM girl however i believe its like two weeks before the wedding....not sure..im sure you can call them to find out

Mine was March 30th, 10 days before the wedding. My response date for my guests was March 8th - give yourself enough time to make phone calls and adjust any last minute cancellations.
