Westbury Manor Garden Room - Please Help

Any info or pics you all have would be great. My FH are leaning toward the WM (we have one more hall to see) with about 100 guests in the Garden Room. It will be a Friday night. I have a couple of guests in wheelchairs,,, if the cocktail hour is inside, will it be tight? I already checked the bathrooms for accessibility, and they were good.

I am glad to see all the reviews I read were awesome, but I did see someone mention that the cocktail space wasn't big enough for 100 people... so I am a little nervous about having it inside if the weather is bad.

The BM I met with was absolutely awesome, and she all but sold me on the place. I feel like in order to make an informed decision I need to go to the last place on my list.... but I am 99.9999999% sure I will be going with WM. Any planning advice will be welcome.

Did anyone do a wedding without ANY of the enhancements? WM is a litle out of our price range (but doable) the enhancements are nice, but we wouldn't be able to include any of them. It's sooo beautiful that I'm willing to revamp our budget but I want to make sure everything will still work without any of the extras.

I have to tell you all at liweddings, you've all been a godsend, without this site I wouldn't have the first idea how to plan a wedding... and thanks to whomever for that comprehensive list of questions. I it!!

We are also looking at a Friday night at WM. We are looking in 2009. When are you looking? 2010? We would have about 125-130 guests. The garden room looks small to me but after reading all posts, speaking to the BM and having the availability of the library during the entire event I feel a little better. I personally plan to have our ceremony outdoors and cocktail hour indoors. The cocktail hour would be in the conservatory AND the library. I think that would be fine for your #. If you view enough posts you'll see most brides were over the 100 mark in the Garden Room but stayed under 125 to be comfortable. As far a wheelchairs, I didn't see access into the conservatory... but guests could mingle in the library and in the garden room no problem. Just my opinion. I am on a budget too and we thought the amount of food they offer (been to a wedding there) would be fine without any enhancements? What other place are you considering? Feel free to FM if needed.
