I called Jerry Scatto! YUP! haha he said that 1) the whoe news 12 thing has been going on for 2 years, they didn't underpay their workers, the department of labor changed their paperwork and is going hard at any business, my mom confirmed this, she is dealing with this with her company in the city. 2) He said that everyone will be working with someone. I said that I am really upset over Felicia not being there, she was part of why I booked and I feel slighted. He said that when we come in they will be sure to accommodate us in any way - so I am going to go for some fancy cocktail hour food...see if I can get more thrown in ;)

I wouldn't worry too much I have had 3 BM's since signing there. Since Felicia left I have emailed Jerry and Natasha both has responded quickly to any and all emails.

Hey - we had our wedding there on 3/26 and it was AWESOME!!! Such a well oiled machine and nothing but compliments from our guests.

Sadly, from what I understand, Felicia is gone for good. That said, the real person you work with that day is your bridal attendent and matire'd. I saw the BM's in passing and some other staff we have met over time. I only really saw the BM's when we made payments and had questions. Both Natasha and Ian are great to work with.

We had our e-party at WM and I know my in-laws booked and worked with Felicia leading up to the day and she was fantastic but come day of, I only worked with the MD and he was FANTASTIC!! Sorry, I can't remember his name but I really woulnd't worry. People come and go just like in any industry so I am sure WM will accomdate everyone to make sure you get what you want.

I am fairly certain Felicia is gone for good. I've been working with Natasha and she has been great - not one complaint from me. As for BMs in general - there is huge turnover in the industry. My friend is getting married in Boston and her place wouldn't even give her a BM til 4 months before because of the turnover.
