I'm not a WM bride; but i had worked with Felicia when i was considering WM.

She was REALLY nice!! But i have also met with Natasha and she was equally as good (from the experience i had).

Well, Jerry Scotto just called me back and said that Felicia is having some personal family issues and may not return for a while, but he and Natasha will be taking over her clients.

Natasha is a good friend of mine (she was a BM in my wedding) she is super sweet I would definitely speak with her if you were one of Felicia's clients you can tell her that Gail sent you. good luck ladies

I didn't book with WM, but I met with Natasha and spoke with her a few times and she was amazing to me. I'm sure if Felicia's not available and you're assigned to Natasha, you're in great hands anyway.

From what I understand this is def temp thing. Felicia will be back they are just not sure when. I really hope she is ok. She is the main reason we booked there. She treated us like we were her only clients. I have been dealing with Natasha and she is wonderful

Oh no I loved Felicia!!!!! I hope everything is ok. Natasha is amazing and was actually trained by Felicia so I would try and contact her.....she is a doll just like Felicia! She is actually my banquet manager and has been very helpful so far.

Nope not that i know of. I've dealt with a different BM every time i've been in there to make a payment so i have no clue what's going on.

I have no idea either. I am completely annoyed with WM at this point. Besides Felicia being gone and never having a consistent BM to deal with I am furious with the fact that they owe 600,000 to Department of Labor. How embarassing. I dont even want to tell people that I am getting married there at this point.

i agree!!! I am so embarrassed too, but luckily I have not heard about it from many people, so I don't think many people know about it. I just hope i keep hearing good reviews about WM on this site!

You can google it, it was on News 12. I dont want to post the link because when someone else did the thread got pulled. It is all just extra stress that I dont need right now, and I am sure you other ladies feel the same way.

Girls,
If you book with a BM is that your BM for good or can you work with any of the others? At this point I'm thinking of requesting to change from Lorena. She was really sweet at first until I told her I don't like their cake. She got defensive and keeps calling me Maria, when that's not even close to my name! lol, no use in correcting her, does it all the time! She also misspelled my name in the contract and I asked to please change it, she ignored me, now my name is totally wrong on all the paperwork!. oh well.
