Can anyone tell me the avergae price for the manor room in the summer...with or without taxes and minimum amount garuantee?

I have the Manor Room for a June Wedding. For a Saturday I was quoted $140, with tax and all it came out to $179. For a Sunday we got quoted $113, with tax and all it came out to $144. We choose Sunday because look at the price difference between Sat and Sun. But our price will be a little higher because we are adding 2 other things. The min. amount of guests in 200. Are you thinking about changing you date? HTH

I rebooked in July of 08 and am much happier but they wouldnt bend with the minimum. That is the hardest thing.

i think ours is like $120 or something around there. I will check the contract when i get a chance. Thats for a Sunday july 13.

They still had dates in July??, wow, you got lucky because when I went to book, almost most of June and some of July dates were already booked up. I had a choice of June 1 or July 6. I think the summer months will be absolutely georgeous for pic taking (weater permitting) because then the WM gardens look phenominal.
