Hi girls. I just came back from seeing WM and omg i felll in love with it from the moment i walked it. =) The lady who helped us was so nice and informative. We'de prob. have the Garden room and the outside for the coctail reception. So far this is the first place i saw and i think it migh be it. I also stopped by Jerico Terrace and for some reason i wasnt impressed with it. I dunno, maybe cuz the guy who was helping us was kidda rushing and didn't give us much attention.

Thats wonderful!!!!! If you really are happy wit the place and book it without lookin at others, dont freak out!! i went to 1 and only 1 RH and everything just seemed so right... I started questioning if I should go tyo other halls, but that feeling went away quickly and i havent looked back
BTW, I kept tellin myself to look at WM (seems to resemble swan club the most), but I never did see it.... I am sure its gorgeous!!!!!

i'm thinking about it but i dont think i can make the decision till i see Leonards and Chateau Briand. I hope i don't fall in lvoe w/ 2 places and then have to choose that would be hard. hehe

If it was up to me, I would book it! We went to the Watermill first and got the same kind of treatment you got at Westbury. (BTW... Westbury was my 2nd choice...beautiful!!!) The same day we went to Jericho and must have had the same guy. He was good, but rushed us. He gave us a lot of extras cause it turned out we were friends with his cousin, so that's why we went with them. I had to go back to work and ask everyone who got married there to reassure me I made the right choice. I am happy I booked there now. But, I would have liked that pampering, the guys don''t care too much about that.

very nice! i had about 10 places on my list, went to 5, saw the swan club, then went to 3 or 4 more places but was always comparing them to swan club... you just get that feeling and you know.. its a great feeling. i'm very happy for you.

YAY!!! I love Westbury Manor, every vendor I go to says the same thing, 'the food there is AMAZING.' I'm like thank god! LOL.
I loved WM also, but they wanted to give me the room downstairs and I thought it was 2 small. The Max for that room I think is 130. My list is at 170 it would have never worked.

sorry i didn't get a chance to reply to u girls i was away for a few days. I didnt see the peacocks but i saw the birds and fish and ducks lol. it was cute. I'm still thinking about it because it seamed so perfect. I think we're going to take our mom's with us next time and see what they say.

The food was amazing! The best I've ever had! I had the filet mignon and it was the softest steak I've ever eaten. You felt like you didn't even have to chew it! The desserts were also outrageous. Did you eat there while you were looking? If you didn't, you HAVE TO!

I just became a Westbury Manor bride as well and will be getting married on 8/16/08. The WM blows all of the other places out of the water and the food is unreal!! A MUST try!!
