I want to say it's a week before when you give your final payment but I'm not 100% sure.

Just checked my contract it says 'at least 1 week before'

MC127 that is so great. Isnt that who you booked your limos with anyway? I never win and i have already been to 3 showcases. I have to make sure i write clearer. Maybe they just cant read my phone number :)

Yea!!! I did book with them prior to winning. I will allow my extended close family get a ride along with my mom.

yeah me too....

Just checked my contract it says 'at least 1 week before'

i just met w them to finalize details recently. you call in your head count like a week and half ahead of time. like for us our wedding is the 16th so we call it in on the 6th. then the week of (for us the 13th) you go and give your final payment and FINAL headcount (in case anything changes within that week). if you have less on your wedding day, you dont get that money back.

My wedding is January 17 and I did the menu planning last week. Kelly was calling two weeks earlier than that though. It just took us a long time to get a chance to get in there.
