hey girls!

i have a question about the showcases and adding upgrades...
can you only add stations that are shown at that specific showcase, or can you add stations you saw at previous showcases?
im asking because we went to the last showcase and totally forgot about the discount, and i want to add things, but im not sure if they will be at the next showcase.
and is the next showcase in June or July? will i even be invited to that one, being that its so close to my August wedding?

im trying to figure out what my possible head count would be...
do we incude vendors in our head count? are we supposed to have a plate for them?
what does WM charge for vendors?

vendors are usually half priced but if you don't have enough people for your minimum you can probably add them! but i did add the vendors to the list of guest!! and don't forget to add the bride and groom

as for the upgrades i think they have the same things in every showcase call and ask to be sure

yea i guess ill call and find out when the time comes. i really want the passed hor d'oeuvres!!! so at least i know thats there at every showcase. i just hope i get invited to the next one, so i can get the discount.

haha i actually just added a line to the top of our guest list for ourselves! funny how you forget you have to pay for yourself.

you include them in you vendor head count and they are half of what you pay pp as long as you reach your min
