Westchester Bridemaid Dress Stores

Hi Ladies - I need help for my futher sister-in-law- she's getting married in Westchester and is looking at bridesmaid dresses namely at Fontanas in Scarsdale.

Does anyone know about this place or any other places that has a good selection of bridesmaid dresses she can check out - THANKS!

Re: Westchester Bridal Dress Stores

My BF got her wedding gown there. Her dress was very nice and she liked the seamstresses but she HATED the salespeople. She said they all had attitudes and weren't helpful at all. A couple of times she had appointments and when she got there, the person she was meeting wasn't there and they never bothered to call her to tell her and she made the trip all the way from Queens.

a friend of mine used Boticellis (I think in Bronxville or White Plains) and was very pleased.

I live in Westchester and was not too happy with any of the bridal salons up here so I went to long island to do everything. Fontanas people are very nasty, Botecelli has nicer staff and they are helpful there.

I lived in Westchester until last April and I totally agree about Fontana..NASTEE

There is also Amelia's in Mt. Vernon, Botticelli in Bronxville and a few on East Post Road in White Plains

I had a friend that had a great experience with the seamstress at Fontana's but said the saleslady was rude to her mother. She saw a sleeveless dress but wanted sleeves on it - the seamstress made them and they came out great.

Botticelli is very nice too I hear....I have a feeling it might be a bit pricey but not sure (maybe I just think that because it's in Bronxville?)

The only other place i know is David's Bridal in Yonkers.
