weve once again narrowed it down to 2 houses - help

One is in SHoreham and I know plenty..

The other is in S. Setauket. I like E. Setauket... but dont know too much about S. Setauket. Anyone??

where in S. Setauket?

There is a part of south setauket that is actually south setauket.

there is another part that is the centereach zip code, but go to three village so they call it S. Setauket.

S. Setauket is close to nicholls, so travelling is easier.

my FSIL lives in shoreham. I love the houses in shoreham, but it was too far out east for us (E. Setauket was the furthest we were willing to go) and there is NO shopping in Shoreham AT ALL. you have to go into tanger/riverhead to do some major shopping.

with either you decide, both SDs and neighborhoods are great.

I agree! There are some parts of S. Setauket that are nicer than others. S. Setauket Park has some nice houses, and the TV School distrcit is a very good district (at least it was when I went there).

You also can not go wrong with Shoreham. I have a lot of friends who live in the SWR area

either district is a wonderful (if that is a big factor) and what the other girl said is correct, it depends which street you are looking at in S. Setauket.
There are also neighborhoods in Shoreham that are nicer than others.
